All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
